The Vision:
The vision and intention of La Raffinage Salon & Spa is to provide an environment of relaxation, healing and growth that inspires a commitment to a heightened level of Body-Spirit Wellness. La Raffinage has positioned itself to become a bridge and a safe doorway for clients and individuals, to enter into the gateway of holistic Body-Spirit Wellness. A safe sanctuary, which provides the highest level of holistic spa therapies to rejuvenate and balance the whole body, on many levels. This unique approach provides a staircase for where clients may choose the level of spa care, to best serve them at the time of service. Educational information on the many levels of Spa Beauty and Body-Spirit Wellness therapies are provided, to support the holistic self-care enhancement for each client. La Raffinage offers clients a unique opportunity for a personal consultation with our Spa Program Coordinator to determine a Body-Spirit Wellness Program designed for each individual. This complimentary service can be arranged "by appointment only" through the front desk staff and supports the vision of La Raffinage at the highest level. La Raffinage provides services in the area of Facial Care, Body Care, Beauty Refinement Services and Energy, Healing and Intuitive Wisdom work. These are all gateways in which to experience the full connection to Body, Mind and Spirit in a holistic day-spa environment.

Our Holistic Organizational Model
This model has emerged from a desire and philosophy based on co-creation and co-leadership. Through inter-department teams consisting of: ESTHETICS, BODYWORK, FRONT DESK/RECEPTION, ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES, MARKETING AND CLIENT PRODUCTS & SERVICES we strive to create an environment where staff feel honoured, included and a part of the overall vision and direction of the Spa. All staff are committed to contributing to the development and success of their chosen teams and are encouraged to bring forward their natural gifts, talents and abilities.

A unique and exciting component to our model is the Spa Board, which consists of Teamleaders representing the seven departments within our Spa. Board members meet on a monthly basis to connect, represent their teams and support the vision of La Raffinage. Teamleaders are supported in the development of their teams as well as individual development both personally and professionally. Through interactive coaching and mentoring, as well as group process, teamleaders are able to acquire leadership skills, project management tools and intuitive/visioning skills.
